User's consent to the use of his personal data

I, the user of the site rotex.ua, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, hereinafter the Law, give my consent to WALDENA LLC, hereinafter - the Company, to the processing and use of my personal data aimed at legal support of civil legal relations - receipt / transfer and settlement of purchases of goods and / or services.

I, as the Consumer, agree that the Company has the full legal right to provide access and transfer my personal data in case of receipt of a legitimate third party request regarding access to my personal data.

The personal information provided by the Consumer is the name, address, telephone number, e-mail and / or other information necessary for registration on the Company's website.

In order to place an order for goods and / or services, to take part in the Company's promotions, the Consumer needs to carefully read the conditions for the transfer and processing of personal data provided for in Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".

The Company receives personal data from the Consumer only if such data is provided knowingly and voluntarily by such Consumer.

In case the Consumer disagrees with any of the terms of this Consent, the Consumer has the right not to provide any personal information.
